Pricing

What this costs, in full

Three separate pockets, and only one of them is ours. Most of the confusion in this industry lives in not separating them.

Why we publish it

Most firms in this space quote on a call, after they know how badly you want it. We publish instead, for a simple reason: you cannot compare what you cannot see, and a price you only learn after an hour of conversation is a price designed to be negotiated against your hope.

The fee below buys case preparation — reading the record, building the evidentiary file, drafting the argument. It does not buy an outcome. Nobody can sell you an outcome in immigration, and any page that implies otherwise is telling you something useful about itself.

On request Quoted with the scope

Payment is staged, never all at once, and the schedule is written into the engagement before any work begins.

The two costs that are not ours

We do not mark these up and we do not hold them. You should see them as separate lines for the whole of your case.

Second pocket

The U.S. attorney

A U.S.-licensed immigration attorney reviews, signs the Form G-28 and files as counsel of record. That fee is quoted to you before it applies, and you may pay the firm directly.

Third pocket

Government fees

USCIS filing fees, and premium processing if you choose it. These are set by the government, change without notice, and are paid straight to it.

On money, specifically

Is the assessment really free?

Yes, including when the answer is no. We would rather tell you early than take a fee for a case that was never there.

What happens if I get an RFE?

Our work on the response is inside the fee above — we do not charge again for it. The U.S. attorney's own fee for RFE work is separate and is quoted before it applies.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. The schedule is agreed in writing before work starts, and it is tied to stages of the case rather than to dates alone.

Do you offer a refund if the petition is denied?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. The work is the preparation, and it is delivered whether the adjudicator agrees or not. What we do instead is tell you honestly, before you pay anything, when we think a case is not there.

Find out where your record stands

The assessment is free and reads your record against the standard USCIS applies. You get a written answer — including when the answer is that this is not your pathway yet.
